Hi, my name is Karen Westensee.  I am a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and a Massage Therapist.  I have completed the five levels of instruction to become a certified Healing Touch Practitioner and have received  certification through Healing Touch International, Inc.  I received my diploma through the Minneapolis School of Massage and Bodywork, completing over 500 hours of training, and graduating in June of 2007.

I am a wife and mother of two teenagers.  I was a stay at home mom for 15 years.  When my children were younger, and the days were long and stressful, I would tell myself that this time is for my children and someday it would be “my time.”  In a blink of an eye, my time is here.  After attending the five levels of instruction for Healing Touch, over a period of 4 years, I decided that I would go to school and get my diploma for Massage Therapy.   I felt that these therapies would compliment each other beautifully.  When I completed my massage therapy training I asked the Universe for a room and a table to do this sacred work.  Lo and behold I received a call from Ann Mongeau, who is a licensed acupuncturist, and she offered me a room and a table!  That’s what I call Divine Intervention! That began my journey of owning my own business at 48 years of age.        

Mine is a heart-centered approach to healing.  I ground myself with the intention of facilitating the greatest good for you and all creation.  We work in partnership to harmonize, balance and enhance your physical body and energy field to aid greater physical and spiritual health and healing.  I look forward to supporting you on your journey to wellness.
